Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone mechanical valve replacement; 2. Having accepted anticoagulation therapy for at least 6 months or still not discharging after valve replacement; 3. More than 18 years old, with full civil capacity, without cognitive dysfunction, and can finish the SF-12 and Morisky-8 scale; 4. Have an android smart phone; 5. knowing how to use the App; 6. Without any serious chronic disease, including coronary heart disease, diabetes, cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, malignant tumor and severe lung, liver or renal dysfunction; 7. With good compliance and can return to the people's hospital for blood test.
