Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: RIF: Recurrent implantation failure refers to failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after transfer of at least four good-quality embryos in a minimum of three fresh or frozen cycles in a woman. RSA: Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion refers to the loss of two or more pregnancies. A pregnancy in the definition is confirmed at least by either serum or urine b-hCG, i.e. including non-visualized pregnancy losses (biochemical pregnancy losses and/or resolved and treated pregnancies of unknown location). And ectopic and molar pregnancies should not be included in the definition. Without developmental abnormality in reproductive system or chromosomes abnormality. Having no severe lesion like carcinoma of cervix or malignant ovarian tumor. Not having experienced chemotherapy, hormone or antibiotic treatment in the past half year. RIF control group: pregnant women who come to Tongji Hospital asking to conduct abortion, and the difference is not statistically significant after the test of equilibrium. RSA control group: pregnant women without a history of spontaneous abortion, who come to Tongji Hospital asking to conduct abortion, and the difference is not statistically significant after the test of equilibrium.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluded standard: existence of abnormal morphology of uterus or cervix; with complication of internal medicine(diabetes,hyperthyroidism, hypertension or heart diseases et.) ; husband or wife with chromosome karyotype abnormality, or other known factors of infertility from the husband; intake of oral contraceptive or carrying intrauterine instruments; leucocyte count or C reactive protein results is beyond normal standard on the day of taking the blood specimen.
