18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with spinal metastatic tumor; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. life expectancy longer than 3 months; 4. patients with neurological deficits or spinal instability (SINS=6); 5. inform consent form signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. primary spianl tumor; 2. patients with poor general conditions, and those who are intolerance of operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and target therapy; 3. patients participating other RCTs.
