Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. coronary heart diseases, including angina(UA) and Non-ST-segment elevation myocardial Infarction (NSTEMI); 2. Coronary stenosis is more than 25% at least but less than 70% in one branch finding by coronary computed tomography angiography or coronary angiography; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 4. Agree to do intravascular ultrasound or coronary computed tomography angiography; 5. sign a consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction; 2. Cardiogenic shock; 3. Serious heart failure (NYHA IV or LVEF = 40%); 4. Multivessel artery disease, needing coronary artery bypass grafting; 5. With severe valvular heart disease, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, blood system disease, nervous system disease and malignant tumor; 6. The target vessel is severe tortuous and calcified lesions; 7. With contraindication for coronary CT scanning; 8. Ever to be allergic to heparin, contrast agent or experimental drug; 9. Pregnancy or ready to pregnant women, nursing mothers; 10. Estimated compliance and follow-up possibilities are poor.
