Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnant women attending the first visit (<16 weeks ) at a maternity clinic in one of these following hospitals in Wuhan, China: The Central Hospital of Wuhan,Jiang'an Maternal and Child Health Hospita,Han'yang Maternal and Child Health Hospita as well as prepare to deliver at this hospital; 2. Pregnant women who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 3. Pregnant women without serious genetic defects and mental illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The mothers who have one of the following diseases: diabetes, hypertension, thyroid diseases and other endocrine disease or on certain medications; 2. Termination of pregnancy due to various reasons, twin pregnancy or multiple pregnancy; 3. Those we did obtain their informed consent; 4. Pregnant women who have communication barriers; 5. Refuse to participate.
