Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients have to meet the criteria of depression episode in ICD-10 (including single depression episode and recurrent depression disorders, excluding bipolar disorder), and the score of thirteenth item in Hamilton depression scale is more than 1 point. Aged 18-60 years male and female; Signed the informed consent and to be able to follow the research program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet any other axial I diagnosis criteria in ICD-10 besides depression episode (single episode or recurrent depression disorder); 2. There were brain organic diseases, head trauma history (loss of consciousness for more than 5 minutes), mental retardation; 3. Having accepted moxibustion in the past 6 months; 4. There is a current risk factor for suicide or serious agitation; 5. Preparing the pregnancy in 3 months, in the pregnancy or lactation.
