Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Have had been diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus based on the World Health Organizations (WHO) diagnostic and classification criteria; 2. Have been taking metformin dosage = 1500 mg; 3. Patients must have a HbA1c concentration at the screening visit (Visit 1) = 7.0%; 4. The total dosage of insulin ( basic insulin and premixed insulin )= 30u; 5. Able to understand the procedures and methods of this test, have given written informed consent to participate in the study in accordance with local regulations and the ethical review board (ERB) governing the study site.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes; 2. Children and adolescents under the age of 18 years; 3. pregnant, breastfeeding females; 4. Patients with moderate or severe renal insufficiency ( EGFR = 60 ml / min / 1.72m2 ); 5. Severe hepatic insufficiency; 6. The researchers believe that there are any other circumstances that may cause the subject to be unable to complete this study or bring obvious risks to the subject; 7. Have a history of pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer and other malignant tumors.
