A:0.375% Ropivacaine 20ml infiltration incision before the first incision + morphine PCIA analgesia after operation
B:0.375% Ropivacaine 20ml infiltration incision before suturing incision + morphine PCIA analgesia after operation
C:0.375% Ropivacaine 20ml infiltration incision before the first incision + 0.375% Ropivacaine 20ml infiltration incision before suturing incision + morphine PCIA analgesia after operation

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~65 years; 2. BMI 18~28kg/m2; 3. ASA I~II; 4. Patients with lumbar degenerative lesions who underwent posterior lumbar spine surgery in one segment at a selected time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. History of drug allergy; 3. Patient with cognitive or mental illness; 4. Patients with severe cardiac, cerebrovascular, hepatorenal and other organs and hematopoietic system disorders; 5. Concomitant with other trauma; 6. Previous chronic pain; 7. Long-term use of painkillers or drug addictions; 8. Participants in other clinical trials or researchers considered him or her inappropriate to participate in this study.
