Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria in Tokyo Guidelines for the management of acute cholangitis (TG13).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cholangiocarcinoma, gallbladder carcinoma infiltrating bile duct; 2. Viral hepatitis, drug-induced hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, liver disease; 3. Liver transplantation; 4. Complications of pneumonia, urinary tract infection, and other sites infection; 5. Hematologic diseases such as leukemia, thrombocytopenia; 6. Application history of glucocorticoids, chemotherapeutic agents, and immunosuppressive drugs; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Abdominal trauma; 9. Abdominal surgery within 7 days.
