Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 18-45 years; (2) Menstrual cycle 28-35 days, within 7 days of menstrual period; (3) Laparoscopic or imaging data confirms endometriosis (can be combined with adenomyosis); (4) Repeated pelvic pain of at least 6 months; (5) The maximum pain intensity in the last month is greater than or equal to >5/10 (using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) (two criteria: non-menstrual pain greater than or equal to 5/10; if the menopausal pain is less than 5/ 10, but the most severe dysmenorrhea in the menstrual period is greater than or equal to 5/10, which can also be included); (6) There was no acupuncture contraindication in the patient; (7) Gynecological examinations in the last 3 months rule out chronic pelvic pain caused by other causes; (8) At least one year before the patient is included in the modern medical treatment that has undergone the norm, if the relevant drug treatment is taken for at least 3 months, the pain still exists; (9) Patients' good understanding of the program; (10 persons who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women planned for pregnancy; (2) it is estimated that endometriosis may require surgery in the past 3 months; (3) the current treatment plan for endometriosis is expected to change in the next 3 months; (4) in the past 3 months, there is a history of endometriosis surgery; (5) merge severe heart, liver, kidney, thyroid diseases and mental patients; (6) the person who does not sign the informed consent book.
