35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Advanced POP-Q was defined as exteriorized uterovaginal prolapse with pelvic organ prolapse quantification point C, Ba, or Bp>50% of the total vaginal length; 2. Patients with desire for retention of uterus; 3. Informed and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart,liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with acute critically illness; 3. Patients with hysterectomy indications owing to uterine leimoyoma, adenomyosis, cervix disease,etc.; 4. Undiagnosed patients with abnormal uterine bleeding; 5. Patients who are unanle to cooperate with.
