18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old, male or female; 2. Brachial plexus injury patients who needs surgical treatment; 3. The diagnosis of brachial plexus patients includes: (1) electrophysiological evidence of brachial plexus injury; (2) History of injury and physical examination support the brachial plexus injury manifestation; (3) Radiology evidence of brachial plexus injury; (4) Verifying the brachial plexus injury during the operation 4. Good compliance with an education of more than 5-years primary school, and could accept the functional MRI scanning and accomplish the tasks; 5. The surgeries were performed according to the routine of the Handsurgery department of Huashan hospital; 6. Right handed before the injury; 7. Agree and sign the consent and participate this trial on his/her own will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The medical history is not clear or incomplete; (2) Hypertension, diabetes mellitus or other severe disease, could not endure the surgery or other factors affecting the nerve regeneration; (3) MRI scanning detected brain injury; (4) Pregnancy; (5) Participated in other clinical trial with in 1 month; (6) Contradiction of the MRI scanning, including implanting medal materials, claustrophobia, or could not keep the head still during scanning.
