45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-75 years old; 2. suffering from CSVD for more than 3 years; 3. with the presence of lacunar infarction (LI), white matter lesions, perivascular space enlargement, cerebral microbleeds, or brain atrophy demonstrated by head MRI finding; 4. Tinetti score <24 points; 5. voluntarily receiving assessment and treatment, able to understand the instructions from the therapist or the machine, and able to complete all the required action.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. showing cognitive, visual, or corporative difficulties; 2. showing possible presence of cardiogenic embolism and cerebral infarction of large area; 3. showing high white matter signals caused by other diseases such as multiple sclerosis, metabolism encephalopathy, toxic encephalopathy, or intracranial multiple vasculitis; 4. showing potential evidence of other neurological diseases; 5. showing evidence of severe osteoarthropathy and severe joint and muscle pain which could constrain the patient movement.
