18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) conforming to Berlin standard; (2) postoperative concurrent ARDS; (3) establishment of artificial airway (tracheal intubation or tracheotomy); (4) hemodynamic stability (mean arterial pressure of >65 mmHg, heart rate less than 100 /min, norepinephrine =0.5ug/kg/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative diagnosis of ARDS, hemodynamic instability (inconsistent with the above stability criteria), active acute bleeding, and unwilling to participate in this study.
