Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients and outpatients are over 18 years of age and need to be treated with general anesthetic bronchoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bronchoscopy; patients not suitable for anticholinergic drugs such as angle-closure glaucoma or patients with urinary retention; ipratropium bromide, or any of the other components, and atropine or Derivative hypersensitivity; Pregnancy and lactation women; Tracheal intubation prior to bronchoscopy; Head and neck radiotherapy performed before; bronchoscopy for general anesthesia; Participation in oropharyngeal localization before this test Anesthetic aerosol test.
