Macular Hole with Retinal Detachment in Highly myopic Eyes

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. high myopia patients with macular hole retina detachment; 2. Refraction=-6.00D and(or) Ocular axis>26.5mm; 3. No pre-hospital vitreoretinal surgery was performed; 4. fundus pathology in high myopia(META-PM): grade 0-3; 5. voluntary enrollment with informed consent signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) poor health condition, unable to tolerate surgery; 2) Patients with previous history of Retinal reattachment and Vitrectomy; 3) retinal detachment caused by idiopathic, secondary and traumatic macular hole; 4) patients accompanied by choroidal detachment, choroidal neovascularization, submacular hemorrhage, proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) above grade B.
