Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The subject or the subject's legal representative(LAR) voluntarily signs an informed consent form approved by an independent ethics committee; (2) Patients with severe and extremely severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(strictly following the 2007 edition of the COPD guidelines), and patients who = 50 years of age, and who can independently breathe with related indicators; (3) Meet the criteria for reduced muscle function and "reduce the pace.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe dysfunction of other organs, such as hypertension risk, those who can not stabilize blood pressure through oral drugs, and who need intravenous drip antihypertensive drugs; Kidney function insufficiency(CrCl); (2) A combination of gastrointestinal diseases(e.g. gastric bypass, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, short bowel syndrome, acute and chronic pancreatitis, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.) that can not be ingested or absorbed; (3) Combination of autoimmune sexually transmitted diseases requiring immunosuppressant treatment; (4) The existence of any other condition or event which the principal researcher or the physician of the study considers excluded; (5) Those who express allergies or intolerance to any of the ingredients in the research product; (6) Those with a body mass index = 28 kg/m2; (7) Participating in another study; (8) Persons who plan to undergo surgery during the course of the study.
