Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Continuous hoarseness for more than half a year; evaluated as moderate to severe degree according to GRBAS score; 2. Typical vocal polyps diagnosed by laryngoscopy; 3. Diagnosed as vocal cord polyps and conservative treatment for more than half a year, reevaluation under laryngoscope with no obvious improvement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. laryngoscopy showed hoarseness was caused by diseases other than vocal cord polyps; 2. Obvious improvement was observed in vocal cord polyps after half a year of conservative treatment; 3. Children or guardians cant accept or cooperate with surgery, or children was combined with other reasons so they cant tolerate surgical treatment.
