18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults, age > 18 years; 2. Presence of kidney stones with nondilated collecting system confirmed by plain abdominal radiography, urinary ultrasonography, or non-contrast computed tomography (CT); 3. Subjects must be capable of giving written informed consent, which includes compliance with the requirements of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with collecting system dilation seen either preoperatively or intraoperatively; 2. Infection, uncontrolled urinary tract infection, pyonephrosis, sepsis; 3. Requiring multiple renal accesses; 4. Patients with bilateral ureteral/kidney stones; 5. Patients with a history of ipsilateral PCNL surgery; 6. Patients with abnormal renal tract anatomy (such as a solitary kidney, a duplex system, horseshoe kidney, spongy kidney or transplant kidney); 7. Women who have a known or suspected pregnancy(confirmed by a pregnancy test) or are breastfeeding; 8. Currently involved in other clinical studies; 9. Refuse to sign informed consent.
