Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke determined in 2014 in accordance with the Chinese guideline for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke were defined by head MRI or CT examination; 2. The physical strength of the limbs on the side of hemiplegia is 3-4 degrees; 3. Independently walking 10m with or without the aid of an assistive device, there is no obvious pain limit; 4. In the mini-mental State Examination (mmmse)> 24 score, which can fully cooperate with CPET; 5. Transaction signed an informed consent to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is less than 40%; 2. Serious cardiac arrhythmias; 3. Calculus severe hypertension; 4. The CPET test cannot be completed because of the lower extremity muscle strength < level 3 or the inability to pedal.
