Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chinese residents living at plateau or plain with age from 18~65 years.Gender is not limited.A body mass index 18.5~30kg/m2. All subjects sign an informed consent before enrollment. 1. Plateau: The altitude height is 2900m. Plain: The altitude height is less than 50m. 2. Residents: More than 5 years of residency,a cumulative time of leaving per year is limited to 3 months and each time period out-of-home is limited to 1 month.Subjects haven't been away from places of residence during 6 months before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Impaired glucose tolerance or diabetes. 2. A history of gastrointestinal surgery;irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. 3. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;Severe heart, liver or kidney dysfunction;malignant neoplasms. 4. Acute cardiovascular events or stroke during recent a half year. 5. Use of hormones, weight-loss drugs, lipid-lowering drugs or probiotics in the one month before the enrollment. 6. Antibiotic use in the past 3 months.
