Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age <12 years; 2. indirect inguinal hernia; 3. willing to recieve SLPEC or M-TTLS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sliding hernia, incarcerated hernia, direct hernia or femoral hernia; 2. coexisting with ipsilateral undescended tesitis; 3. coexisting with abnormal coagulation
