Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of stroke (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction); 2. Aged 40 ~ 80 years old, conscious and able to work with normal partners; 3. the onset time of stroke was within half a year; 4. No history of brain trauma, encephalitis, tuberculous meningitis, etc; 5. the patient has the education level of primary school and above, and has good compliance to the observation and evaluation of the researcher; 6. the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale (FMA) 10 ~ 95; 7. the vital signs are stable, can complete cardiopulmonary exercise test, and can tolerate aerobic exercise training under monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) progressive stroke; (2) patients with cognitive impairment or mental symptoms, dementia and aphasia, who could not cooperate with rehabilitation training; (3) patients with severe spasm of the paralyzed limbs or severely limited range of joint activities; (4) patients with severe infection or severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and severe osteoarthropathy; (5) patients who met the inclusion criteria but did not sign an informed consent form; (6) patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and severe osteoarthropathy, who were unable to continue treatment during the course of treatment. After entering the group and 2 months after training, sicam1, svcam1, NON-D- dimer, pulmonary function, cardiopulmonary exercise test were performed. Blood pressure, pulse oxygen saturation, FMA scale and SF-36 score were measured, and aerobic metabolic capacity, walking distance and muscle strength of lower extremity were measured in stroke patients.
