Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Obesity group: 1. undergone Gallstone Gallbladder Surgery at the Department of Liver Surgery (The First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China, Hengyang, China); 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. according to the WHO standard,BMI=28kg/m2; 4. volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent. Control group: 1. undergone Gallstone Gallbladder Surgery at the Department of Liver Surgery (The First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China, Hengyang, China); 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. according to the WHO standard,18.5kg/m2=BMI<24kg/m2; 4. volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune diseases; 2. Chronic inflammatory diseases; 3. Chronic liver or kidney disease or liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Diabetes; 5. Tumor history; 6. Recent infection; 7. Nearly 3 months Or those who are using glucocorticoids; 8. Those who have a history of trauma, MI, or cerebral infarction in the past 3 months; 9. Do not agree to participate in this study.
