Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient's age is 18-70, male or female, and is willing to sign an informed consent form; (2) ECOG score (physical condition score) 0-1 points (0 point: completely normal exercise capacity, no difference with pre-starting activity; 1 point, free walking and engaging in light physical activities, including general housework or office Work, but he cannot engage in heavier physical activity); (3) patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (TNM stage = T2b) diagnosed by imaging evaluation and pathology; (4) Time of taking TKI therapy = 1 month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy or breastfeeding women, or patients who are fertile but do not use contraceptive measures; (2) serious infections; (3) severe heart disease; (4) difficult to control nerve or mental disorders; (5) Severe diabetes; (6) Patients with severe autoimmune diseases
