Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal women, women over 50, men at lest 60; 2. History of prolonged use of glucorticosteroids more than 3 months at any age for both genders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Back pain with radiating pain to limbs or night/rest pain; 2. Definite recent high-energy trauma; 3. Established radiological diagnosis of infection, tumor or fractures in other medical facility before the interview with us; 4. Back pain with spasticity, spinal cord injury or nerve root dysfunction; 5. Incapable to accomplish the test due to cognitive or mental impairment, dysfunction in communication (deaf and dumb); 6. Failure to complete MRI scan due to any conditionsuch as claustrophobia, artificial peacemaker implantation.
