Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agreed to participant in the Wuhan Twin Birth Cohort and will give birth in Wuhan Medical & Healthcare center for Women and Children; 2. Residents of Wuhan or lived in Wuhan for more than half a year and will live in Wuhan for a relatively long time; 3. Less than 16 gestional age when recruited; 4. Diognosed as twin pregnant with the help of B-altrasound check.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not Wuhan resident or won't live in Wuhan for a relatively long time; 2. Singleton tire or multiple births.
