Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who undergo unilateral total knee arthroplasty for osteoarthritis; patients who are willing to participate this study and sign up the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who had a history of hemorrhagic disease or a bleeding tendency during the preoperative coagulation test, had a medical history of VTE or lower limb artherosclerosis, or used a combination of other drugs that might impact the findings
