Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old male or non-pregnant female HCC with PVTT patients; 2. Single tumor <10cm in diameter or multiple lesions confined to one lobe and the PVTT is resectable, without extrahepatic metastasis or adjacent organ involvement before surgery; 3. Liver function is Child-Pugh A or B; 4. No apparent abnormality of the heart, lung, and kidney; 5. No HCV, HIV and syphilis infection; 6. Patients should sign the informed consent of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. If liver function is Child C, it cannot tolerate radiotherapy; 2. With evidence of extrahepatic metastasis; 3. Severe gastroesophagealvarices with red sign or with variceal hemorrhage before; 4. Malignant or metastatic tumor in other sites in last 5 years; 5. Patients can not be followed-up regularly; 6. Patients participating in other trials or received other treatment before.
