Age
18 Years to 54 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be included if they: are aged 18 years or above; have a mobile phone; man reported sexual contact with male partner/s in the last 12 months; and reside in a jurisdiction serviced by the Guangzhou CDC and plan to stay in Guangzhou jurisdiction for the next year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they: are unwilling or unable to comply with all the requirements of the protocol and known HIV positive.
