Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: During July 2015-December 2017 who are hospitalized in our hospital and diagnosed as up segmental cervical stenosis and multiple level cervical disc herniation. At the same time,they didn't got better after long time conservative treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the segment of cervical spinal canal stenosis is located in the upper part of C2, or the narrow segment is lower than the one between t1-2; (2) patients with other major diseases such as tumor and severe cardiovascular disease; (3) patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and blood system; (4) long-term use of hormone agents; (5) the patient is not expected to undergo surgery; (6) patients who do not sign the informed consent form.
