Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. been confirmed by pathology at III, IVa and IVb stages of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (according to the 2010 uicc staging criteria), have a measurable tumor lesions; 2. The expected survival equal or longer than 6 months; 3. Signed the informed consent of medical treatment in person while volunteering; 4. Aged 18-70 years old male and female; 5. Chemotherapy in the head and neck (no history of chemoradiation or synchronous chemoradiation, no history of chemotherapy in other parts within 3 months); 6. The values of leukocyte, haemoglobin, granulocyte, platelet, electrolyte, liver function and kidney function fall within the normal reference range of our laboratory; 7. KPS >= 70; 8. Without severe complications such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and psychiatric history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe uncontrolled infection or medical disease, such as cardiac dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, which cannot be treated with chemotherapy; 2. Patients with psychological or physical disorders are believed by researchers to be unable to fully or fully understand the possible complications in this study; 3. somebody has distant metastasis; 4. Patients with immunotherapy or radiation or chemotherapy history of lymph node or primary lesion; 5. Blood transfusion during lactation (detected by serum or urine decaffetion -HCG) or lactation period; 6. Someone with a serious allergy or a special constitution; 7. The tumor has been malignant or combined with other malignant tumors in the past.
