Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with PD according to the new MDS Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for PD and with Rome III criteria-confirmed constipation; 2. Patients between the age of 55-80 years; 3. No history of cardiac, renal, diarrhea, abdominal pain or hepatic conditions; 4. No allergies or intolerance to lactose or gluten; 5. Agreed to drink study product during the study period; 6. Agreed to sign written informed consent; 7. Patients are aggred to record the diary information (ensure not to take other forms of probiotics and do not change the original constipation treatment drugs duing the study); 8. Stop drinking any probiotics in the 2 weeks prior to the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria at screening: 1. Use of systemic antibiotics or antimycotics medication in the 14 days prior to the study; 2. Presence of parkinsonism other than idopathic PD and the presence of other disease, malignant tumor, mental disease, diabetes or inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Investigator's uncertainty about the willingness or ability of the subjects to comply with the protocol requirements.
