Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-pregnant and lactating women younger than 35 years of age; 2. Western diagnosis is consistent with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); 3. dialectical Chinese medicine meets the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome; 4. No ovulation therapy was used in the past 3 months, and there was no contraceptive therapy for ovulation therapy; 5. gynecological examination without organic disease; 6. No other obvious gynecological diseases, normal liver and kidney function; 7. non-immune diseases; 8. Signed informed consent to receive regular follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. abnormalities in the development of congenital genital organs and congenital diseases, resulting in abnormal reproductive organs; 2. Combined diseases such as liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular disease, hematopoietic system diseases, abnormal thyroid and adrenal function, severe mental disorders, etc.; 3. Those who are allergic to the drug or severe allergies to this clinical trial; 4. taking any hormone drugs and other drugs that affect reproductive endocrine within the last 3 months; 5. Patients who participated in other drug clinical trials; 6. Patients who fail to take prescribed medications and cannot complete statistics on their cases.
