Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years old, with lower limbs dysfunction; 2. Diagnosis criteria of stroke based on the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference(1995); 3. The first incidence;unilateral stroke;confirmed by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imagingor after the episode did not leave sequelae; 4. Vital signs stable;consciousness clear; no cognitive defects; cooperation with assessment and treatment; 5. Paralysis side of the lower limb Brunnstrom staging = 3; 6. Patients or their families signed informed consent before the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Wear a pacemaker; intracranial metal implants, or who have skull defects; 2. Serious cognitive or communication problems or can not express the feelings; 3. History of epilepsy; 4. Pregnancy;or merged Heart, Lung, Liver, Kidney and other important organs dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 5. Ipsilateral lower extremity injection of botulinum toxin; 6. Refused to sign the informed consent, could not carry out training or cooperate with assessments.
