Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic stroke patients within 7 days of onset, including acute cerebral infarction and transient ischemic attack (TIA); 2. Stroke etiological classification is 1) atherosclerotic stroke, the responsible blood vessel is the intracranial artery, there is a significant stenosis of the responsible blood vessel (stenosis >50%, diagnosed by CTA, DSA or MRA, including ICA C5-7 segment, MCA M1, ACA A1, PCA P1, BA, VA V4); 2) Cardiogenic embolic stroke; 3) Arteriole occlusion; 4) Other causes; 5) Unexplained causes; 3. The penetration of the double side window is good; 4. Aged 18-80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. has been thrombolytic, interventional and surgical treatment; 2. disturbance of consciousness (NIHSS score 1a consciousness level item score> 1 point) or patients who cannot cooperate with examination; 3. with myocardial infarction, or obvious carotid extracranial stenosis or occlusion; 4. previously had Parkinson's disease, autonomic disease, severe renal insufficiency, poor long-term glycemic control of diabetes, etc.; 5. Patients who refused to participate in the study.
