Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) People make a definite diagnosis in ophthalmology outpatient; (2) Dioptric media is transparent and can take fundus images; (3) Patients who have signed inform consent form and Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate the examination due to derious physical or other diseases; 2. Dioptric media turbid, Such as corneal ulcer, leucoma, severe cataract, vitreous hemorrhage or massive exudation; 3. Poor quality of image collection.
