Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were dignosed with moderate to severe KOA, according to the revised criteria of the Amerian college of Rheumatology for Knee Osteoarthritis, received surgery; 2. The body can withstand muscle strength training; 3. Sign informed consent and complete the whole process of treatment and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not complete the muscle strength training and assessment, and the evaluation of EMG, muscle status, proprioception and balance after the operation; 2. Postoperative complications such as vascular and nerve injury occurred.
