Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) received the treatment of diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, with acute or chronic inflammatory diseases, infectious diseases, viral infection, cancer or cardiovascular disease.Before the intervention to the end of the intervention of 3 months received antibiotic treatment, probiotics, live yuan and vitamin supplements, and other medical treatments may affect the changes of intestinal flora; (2) the intervention of microorganism cells nutrients 3 months (1 month before intervention, intervention during 2 months after intervention), antibiotics, catch a cold, fever, diarrhea, physical discomfort; (3) having the habit of smoking and drinking;Having the habit of drinking carbonated drinks, probiotics and probiotics; (4) volunteers who are participating in other clinical trials; (5) the researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
