Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-65 years old; 2) Subjects met the diagnostic criteria of the ICHD-III beta version and were diagnosed by two neurological physicians. The patient was diagnosed with medication overuse headache(MOH) or chronic migraine (CM), and recorded a headache diary for 1 month. According to the headache diary, it still meets the MOH or CM diagnostic criteria; 3) NO using preventive treatment of MOH and CM in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Incorporate any secondary headache or other chronic pain or other neurological or psychiatric disorders; 2) Using drugs affected dopamine or dopamine transporter synthesis, secretion and metabolism in the past 3 months; 3) pregnant and lactating women; 4) There are contraindications for magnetic resonance or PET/MR examinations.
