Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All following items should be met: 1. All patients that aged 18-85 years old, ASA Physical Status I–III provided written informed consent for the research study; 2. The upper wall of the artery is more than 5mm from the skin; 3. Radial artery diameter less than 2.2mm And the upper wall of the artery is more than 5mm from the skin; 4. Radial artery diameter less than 2.2mm And Vascular wall is too soft, mild pressure of the probe can make the vascular collapse more than 70%, or even occlusion; 5. Radial artery diameter less than 2.2mm And SBP is less than 90mmHg; 6. The use of traditional touch-positioning guidance techniques failed more than 3 times in the radial artery puncture.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients who had in?amed skin near the puncture site.Patients with Ulnar artery occlusion,the history of The forearm surgery,allenstest?results?were?negative,coagulation dysfunction were also excluded.
