Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) volunteered for this study, understand and signed informed consent; (2) healthy, no history of hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other chronic diseases; (3) no history of drug use that affected sleep within 1 month prior to the test; (4) aged 18-27 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with sleep disorders who scored > 10 on Pittsburgh sleep quality index; (2) abnormal findings in neurological and psychiatric system review and physical examination; (3) family history of mental illness and mental illness; (4) with severe cognitive, verbal, visual, hearing or mental disorders that affect the examination; (5) with tumors, severe breathing, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic system disease, according to the researcher's judgement, the subjects' merger disease will make its face significant risks, may affect the results of the study, or may seriously interfere with study; (6) have history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy, have metal pacemakers in the body, have metal implants in the brain, cochlea implants, etc. that are not suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment; (7) have history of alcohol or drug abuse in the past; (8) women who are pregnant, lactating, planning to become pregnant, or of childbearing age who have not taken reliable contraceptive measures; (9) participating in other clinical trials affecting the evaluation of the results of this study; (10) those who fail to complete the test and may have poor compliance (i.e., cannot insist on treatment); (11) those who have used soft drugs (e.g., marijuana) within 3 months after the signing of the informed consent or used hard drugs (e.g., cocaine, phenicyclohexidine) within 1 year prior to the test;Drug abuse test positive.
