Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the dignostic criteria of sepsis; 2. Patients or his/her family members sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or family members do not agree to participate in the trial; 2. Age under 1 month or over 16 years; 3. Malignant tumor; 4. A history of solid organs or bone marrow transplants; 5. Autoimmune disease; 6. Congenital immunodeficiency; 7. HIV infected patients
