Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced ovarian cancer / pancreatic cancer diagnosed by pathology at age 18-70 years (II, III, IV); 2. Ovarian cancer / pancreatic cancer biopsies or immunohistochemistry showed positive mesothelin (mesothelin++ or above); 3. The expected life period is more than 12 weeks; 4. There are at least 1 target lesions that can be evaluated by imaging; 5. KPS score more than 60 points; 6. Have enough vein access for single or venous blood collection; 7. Blood routine indexes: the number of white blood cells (WBC) is more than 3 x 10^9/L, the number of platelets (PLT) is more than 60 x 10^9/L, hemoglobin (HB) is more than 90 g/L, the number of lymphocytes (LY) is more than 0.47 x 10^9/L, and the percentage of lymphocyte is more than 15%; 8. Serum albumin (Alb) is more than 30 g/L, serum creatinine is less than 200 mol/L; 9. Glutamic pyruvic transaminase (ALT) is less than 100 U/L, AST is less than 100 U/L; 10. Total bilirubin in serum is less than 30 mol/L; All laboratory tests should be in the stable range and there is no continuous supportive treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactation women; 2. HIV positive and syphilis positive; 3. Any uncontrollable active infection; 4. The steroid drug is being used in the whole body. Recent or current use of inhaled steroids is not ruled out; 5. Immunotherapy and related drug allergy; 6. The presence of untreated brain metastases or symptoms of brain metastases; 7. There is currently a heart disease requiring treatment or hypertension that is poorly controlled by researchers; 8. There are currently unstable or active ulcers and gastrointestinal bleeding; 9. Patients with history of organ transplantation or patients waiting for organ transplantation; 10. Patients need anticoagulation therapy, such as warfarin or heparin; 11. Patients need long-term antiplatelet therapy (aspirin, dose > 300mg/day; clopidogrel, metrology > 75mg/day); 12. In the first four weeks of the study, chemotherapy or targeted antitumor drugs were used to study diseases; 13. Major surgical operations or significant trauma occurred during the first 4 weeks of the study (or blood collection), or significant surgery is expected during the study period; 14. Have a history of mental illness; 15. The researchers assessed that patients were unable or unwilling to comply with the requirements of the research plan.
