Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 85 years; 2. Conforms to the diagnosis of hypertension (systolic blood pressure =140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =90 mmHg), or has a history of hypertension; 3. No severe disability, Modified Rankin Scale, m RS = 2); 4. admission MRI-SWI showed at least one CMBs; 5. patients or their families signed informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cerebral apoplexy (including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage) was found within 13 months; 2. patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease and malignant tumors were involved; 3. currently have contraindications for cranial MRI examination Symptoms include pacemakers, cerebral arteries clipping, and claustrophobia.
