Inclusion criteria: 1. Understanding the process and contents of the experiment, and asigned informed consent; 2. surface surgery under general anesthesiainclude: Breast surgery Thyroidectomy; 3. Aged 18-70 years male and female; 4. ASA I-II; 5. BMI 18.5-25; 6. Main organs with normal function;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refuse this study; 2. severe heart, lung, liver and kidey dysfunction; 3. preoperative combined with chronic pain and long term use of analgesic drugs, drug abuse, excessive drinking, mental disorder; 4. Preoperation sinus bradycardia, The heart rate is less than 55 times per minute,Atrioventricular block
