Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 2015 MDS criteria for Parkinson's disease; Control group: spouse or other family members living with Parkinson's disease for a long time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking or transfusion of antibiotics or probiotics in the past 3 months; 2. Severe gastrointestinal diseases; 3. Significant mental illness; 4. Low platelets (15s); 6. History of bleeding from any organ.
