2 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. MLL-positive acute leukemia,receiving allo-HSCT in CR1 or CR2; 2. MLL turned positive after allo-HSCT; 3. Without active GVHD, active infection,organ failure,and severe bone marrow suppression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. active GVHD; 2. severe infection; 3. organ failure; 4. severe bone marrow suppression; 5. died within 30 days after allo-HSCT; 6. enrolled in other trial within 1 month.
