Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged over 18 years old male and female; 2) the resident population in Qinglong area; 3) signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) people who are not easy to cooperate or have abnormal spirit; 2) existing serious heart, lung, brain, liver and other important organ diseases; 3) chronic non obstructive kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, blood diseases and autoimmune diseases. 4) the history of drug addicts; 5) people who had left their place of residence for >2 years; 6) the researchers consider it inappropriate to participate in the epidemiologic survey (such as patients unwilling to participate in this trial, or patients with obvious emotional problems).
