Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged=65 years; 2. Patients diagnosed as DLBCL; 3. Without any therapies before diagnose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving chemothearpy or radiotherapy; 2. CNSL involvement; 3. HIV infection.
